Let us not grow weary
Paul writes to people running out of steam — and offers a promise.

Galatians 6:9-10
9Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
10Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to the family of faith.

Reflection
Paul knows the long obedience tires people out. He says: do not grow weary, because in due season you will reap, if you do not give up. The harvest is not always on your calendar. It is on God's. So while it ripens — keep doing good. Especially to the household of faith, but to everyone as you have opportunity. Today's faithfulness is a deposit in a harvest you may not see for years. Keep depositing.

Bring the weariness honestly. Ask God for the strength to do the next good thing — and to trust him with the harvest.
